Generally, no cancellation fee is charged.
To avoid inconvenience to other customers, please cancel at least one day in advance.
For customers who have booked a photography package, a 100% cancellation fee applies if canceled on the same day.

Note: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will prioritize customers who arrive on time. Please arrive punctually.
We will store your clothes and belongings until you return the kimono.
Each guest may store one suitcase free of charge.

Yes, we offer a variety of hairstyles suitable for kimono. You may choose your preferred style from our hairstyle menu.
Our staff will advise based on your hair’s length and volume.
If your hair is too short to style, we can decorate it with hair accessories, such as floral ornaments.
We’re sorry, but we cannot use customer-provided products for hairstyling or makeup.
Kimonos are selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
If a kimono has been prepaid, it will be reserved and not available to other customers.
Yes, you may change your plan if you wish.
Reservations are not required.
However, during peak seasons, waiting times may be long without a reservation.
Yes. We offer special sizes, including:
– Up to 5L for women taller than 170 cm
– Up to 5L for men taller than 190 cm
Yes, we offer children’s kimonos for ages 0–7.
Girls taller than 140 cm and boys taller than 150 cm may wear small adult sizes.
We have over 600 kimonos in various styles, sizes, and price ranges.
Kimono prices vary based on:
– Material (e.g., silk, cotton, synthetic)
– Production method (handmade vs. machine-made)
– Decoration (printed, embroidered, hand-painted)
– Origin (made in Japan or overseas)
– Yukata: Ideal for summer months (June–August), as it is light and breathable.

Yes. Dressing fees apply:
– Casual kimono: 3,500 yen
– Houmongi: 6,000 yen
– Furisode: 8,000 yen
Yes, with an additional fee:
– 7:00–9:00: 1,000 yen/hour/person
– Before 7:00: 2,000 yen/hour/person
– Free early service from 7:00 if your total bill exceeds 30,000 yen
Yes. You may return the kimono before 2:00 PM the next day for an additional fee of 1,100 yen.
No, we do not charge for minor stains or small frays.
However, depending on the extent of the stain or damage, a compensation fee may be required.
